The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Harshidhi P.S. Case No.149 of 2019, registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Small quantity of liquor is said to have been recovered from the maize field situated near the house of the petitioners and for that both the petitioners, husband and wife, have been implicated in the case on the allegation that the informant got secret information that the petitioners kept liquor in the maize field.

Taking into consideration the facts that nobody has seen the petitioners keeping liquor in the maize field and

No.54889 of 2019(2) dt.30-08-2019 2/2 nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners, let petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 9th Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Harshidhi P.S.
