Petitioner prays for bail in connection with Korha P.S.Case No. 126 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392, 411 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of snatching motorcycle and mobile phone from the informant and petitioner is not named in the FIR and later on he was arrested and there was recovery of looted motorcycle and mobile from his possession.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that looted motorcycle was recovered from the possession of one Subham Yadav and not from the petitioner, which will appear from paragraph-16 of the case diary and petitioner is in custody since 13.4.2018, having no criminal antecedent.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar, in connection with Korha P.S.Case No. 126 of 2018, subject to the condition that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
