Taking note of the fact that petitioner was convicted in Sessions Trial No.51 of 1987 and he was absconded fore more than six to seven years and when the police party went to execute the warrant of arrest, the supporters of petitioner attacked on police party, I am not inclined to release the above named petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of petitioner stands rejected in connection with Ajam Nagar P.S.Case No.136 of 2010 pending in the Court of CJM, Katihar. However, petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after four months, if his trial is not concluded.
