The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Section 341, 323, 304, 337, 338, 307 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant was a contractor and he was doing construction work from the fund of Mukhiya. The dispute arose between the petitioner and Mukhiya. Allegation has been made to have caused assault. It appears that the dispute is between the villagers and contractor.
