Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Banshi P.S. Case No.51 of 2022 registered under Sections 341, 307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. No specific allegation is made against the petitioners rather specific allegation is made against co-accused Gopal. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the
