2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chiraiya (Shikarganj) P.S. Case No. 133 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections-341, 323, 324, 307, 354B, 504, 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Prosecution case in short is that all the accused persons having been armed with deadly weapons came at the door of the informant and started closing ingress and engress of the house of informant and in consequence thereof, the petitioner is said to have assaulted one, Vishayak Kumar, as a result of which, he sustained injuries. It is further alleged that when wife of the informant came to rescue, she was tried to

4. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is allegation against the petitioner that he assaulted one Vidhayak Kumar with iron rod but the injuries are simple in nature. He has further submitted that both the parties have compromised the case.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Chiraiya (Shikarganj) P.S. Case No. 133 of 2023 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C.
