Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Motihari Town P. S. case no. 236/2014 registered under section 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

Victim had been recovered and her statement under section of the 164 of the Cr. P. C was recorded. The victim very clearly stated in her statement that she left her home by her own sweet will and she has not even whispered the name of the petitioner. Accordingly, in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in Motihari Town P. S. case no. 236/2014 subject to condition as laid
