The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 330 of 2015 for the offences registered under Sections 354(D), 509 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioners and that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedents, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order,
