JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is in custody in a case registered under Section 364(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is of kidnapping the daughter of the informant for ransom.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 11.02.2016 .The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering with the evidence against the petitioner. The victim has been examined in para 32 of the case diary and she has not named this petitioner.

On behalf of the State it is submitted that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. The name of the petitioner has come in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26382 of 2016 (4) dt.24-08-2016 2/2 course of investigation.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let, above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Masaurhi, Patna, in connection with Masaurhi P.S.Case No. 67/2016.
