Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Konch P.S. Case No.336 of 2018 registered under Sections 467, 468, 420, 406 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code.

The present F.I.R. is against different Ward Members and Ward Secretaries. The petitioners being Ward Member and Ward Secretary of Ward no.11 are accused in the present case. The allegation is that the petitioners made interpolation or defalcation of the government money but it transpired from the enquiry report with regard to Ward no.11 that the petitioners completed their work satisfactorily but the Block Level Officer was found responsible for not sanctioning the amount.

No.57028 of 2019(2) dt.16-09-2019 2/2 Having considered the facts and the nature of allegation made against the petitioners and the fact that the works done by the petitioners are found to be satisfactory and no apparent irregularity was found in execution of any scheme, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. III, Gaya in connection with Konch P.S. Case No.336 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
