The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Baniyapur P.S. Case No. 312 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 379 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, specific accusation of assault by means of Tangi on the head of son of informant is against co-accused Ashok Singh @ Munna Singh. Petitioner no. 3 assaulted the informant on his back by means of Danda. So far as, petitioner no. 1 and 2 are concerned, there is general and

It is submitted that dispute arose between the parties over cutting of Neem tree, as a result of which the alleged occurrence took place. Both parties are pattidars and land dispute is going on. Injuries sustained by the informant and his son are simple in nature. Petitioners claim clean antecedent. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners abovenamed, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran, Chapra in connection with Baniyapur P.S. Case No. 312 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
