2. The petitioner is languishing in custody in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B) a, 26(i)(ii), 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution, the petitioner is alleged to have apprehended on spot from whose possession, one loaded country made pistol along with four live cartridges were recovered.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has no concern with the arms which were seized by the police or with other co-

Arman Khan has already been granted bail by this Court vide order dt. 21.7.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 41784 of 2023. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 06.04.2022. Considering the facts aforesaid and the custody period of the petitioner, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Munger in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 145 of 2022 (Sessions Trial No. 267/2022).
