The petitioner is named in the first information report but in the first information report, it has been stated by the informant that it were co-accused, Mukesh Kumar and Bilas Sah, who made the victim sit on their motorcycle and so far as the petitioner is concerned; it is only stated that he was also present along with the aforesaid persons. Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
