JUSTICE GOPAL PRASAD ORAL ORDER 13-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 7 and 13(2) read with 13(1)(d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in jail since 27.11.2013.

Having regard to the period of custody, the petitioner above named is ordered to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Vigilance (Trap), Patna in connection with Special Case No. 72 of 2013 arising out of Vigilance P.S. Case No. 77 of 2013, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall appear in the case on each and every date fixed by the Court below and any absence

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27984 of 2015 (3) dt.13-01-2016 of the petitioner shall be subject to the satisfaction of the Court below on reasonable grounds.
