2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No. 327 of 2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, the informant's daughter went to market from his house but she did not return. On query, it came to the knowledge of the informant, her daughter was enticed away for the purpose of marriage or sell by the accused persons along with the petitioner.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He has further submitted that in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the CrPC, the victim did not support the prosecution case. He has also submitted that when

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64269 of 2024(2) dt.18-09-2024 2/2 the parents of the victim came to know the real fact, they compromised the case. The petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and is under custody since 09.05.2024.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Bhabua, Kaimur in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No. 327 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
