The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Sasaram (Town) P.S. Case No.1283 of 2015 instituted for the offences under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per allegation made in the First Information Report it has been alleged against the petitioner that he is involved in the commission of murder.

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
