ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 08-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Shankarpur P.S. Case No.6 of 2014(G.R. No.127/14) for allegedly having committed the offences under Sections 420, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in fact, neither the petitioners have been provided with any employment nor they are the beneficiaries of Government money.

No.24198 of 2015 (2) dt.08-07-2015 2/2 Considering the nature of allegations and the fact that the petitioners have no criminal antecedents, let all the four above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura, in connection with Shankarpur P.S.
