JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-12-2018 The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Dhoraiya P.S. Case No. 221 of 2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 308/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The occurrence in which one Rishi Kumar Mandal has received simple injury arose out of a trifle. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that though there is specific accusation against the petitioners but there is no allegation of repetition of blows. From the background facts, it appears that the dispute lays somewhere else and in the affray, one person got injured. The nature of injury has been stated to be simple.
