JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 11-02-2019 Learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner would be challenging the order of punishment, which is impugned in the instant writ petition dated 03.04.2008 issued by the Commandant, 27th Battalion, SSB Narkatiaganj (respondent no. 3) arising out of S.B.Civil Writ Petition No. 3891 of 2009 in the High Court of Judicature for Rajasthan at Jodhpur. Such submission is made since the petitioner has already assailed rejection of his claim for compassionate appointment on the ground of some punishment order in the said proceeding in the High Court of Jodhpur.
