Learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 is also present.

In view of the certain difficulties expressed by the petitioner, the amount stated in the order could not be deposited by him within a time. As such, he prays for extension of time. For the reasons stated in modification application, let the time fixed for depositing the amount of Rs. 5,00000/- (five lacs) be further extended by a period of four weeks from today. It is made clear that if the petitioner does not deposit the aforesaid amount within a period of four weeks, the interim order granted in favour of the petitioner shall stand
