This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 306 and 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Victim, Shraddha Mishra, died in her parents' house allegedly due to torture by the in-laws. The petitioner is cousin nanand.

Submission of the petitioner is that there is no evidence of direct abatement committed by the petitioner, which resulted in commission of suicide by the victim. The learned counsel for the informant has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees
