JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 27-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 365, 354(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner along with FIR named accused is said to have brought the informant at Jehanabad and pulled her with mala fide intention but fortunately petitioner and his associates were caught on the spot. The investigation against the petitioner has already been completed.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55070 of 2019(4) dt.27-11-2019 2/2 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad Mahila P.S. Case No. 31 of 2019.
