The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barh P.S. Case No.360 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 498(A), 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Vide order dated 06.02.2023, the matter was referred to Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Patna High Court. Perused the report of learned Mediator at Flag 'E'. The learned Mediator has reported that the dispute between the parties has been resolved through the process of mediation. The terms of settlement mutually agreed upon by the parties is

Considering the fact that the dispute between the parties has been resolved through the process of mediation, let petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh, Patna in connection with Barh P.S.
