JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 07-06-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Patliputra P.S. Case No. 37 of 2017 for offences under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 387, 325/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against this petitioner is of assault and demand of Rangdari of Rs. 5 lacs.

Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner and the informant are own cousin brothers and there are series of cases including title suit pending between them. It is also submitted that earlier Patliputra P.S. Case No. 35 of 2017 was filed by the Bhabhu of the petitioner (wife of younger brother of the petitioner).
