JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 20-03-2024 This is the second attempt of the petitioner to seek bail from this Court as his prayer for bail was rejected earlier by this Court vide order dated 27.06.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 64897 of 2021.

2. Pursuant to order dated 09.02.2024, a report dated 06.03.2024 has been received from learned trial court, wherein it has submitted the trial is at the stage of recording of statement of accused under Section 313 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and the next date was fixed for 07.03.2024. The learned trial court sought time of two months for concluding the trial.

3. The learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial within the period sought by it and the petitioner is directed to cooperate towards this end.

4. Since the trial is at its fag end, this Court would not like to entertain the second bail petition of the petitioner at this stage and the same stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction to the learned trial court.
