The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is alleged to have presented fabricated cheque and withdrew Rs. 9, 40,000/-.

It is submitted that the petitioner himself confessed, while in custody in another case, that at the instance of one Sachidanand he along with one unknown went inside the bank and withdrew Rs. 9,40,000/-. The petitioner was waiting outside the bank. It appears that the petitioner has got criminal incident and he is accused in many other cases of similar nature. Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22639 of 2015 (3) dt.17-09-2015 2/2 enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and hold the trial on day to day basis and conclude the same within six months from the date of receipt of this order. If the trial is not concluded within the stipulated period, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
