The grievance of the petitioners is that they were transferred by the competent authority violating the teachers promotion rule, 2011 and notification vide memo no. 571 dated 24.8.2012 and memo no. 240 dated 19.2.2014.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have already joined at their new place of posting and they have raised their grievance before the competent authority but up till now, their

In view of the aforesaid submissions, this writ petition stands disposed of giving liberty to the petitioners to raise their grievance before respondent no.4 within six weeks by filing fresh representation and if the petitioners do so, respondent no.4 shall dispose of representation petition within six weeks from the date of its filing in accordance with rule and law.
