The petitioner seeks bail in Belaganj P.S. Case No.162 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 385 and 387 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected on merit by order dated 08.04.2021, passed in Cr. Misc. No.1021 of 2021.

Having considered the fact that there is no new and fresh ground in this bail application for considering the prayer for bail of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is again rejected with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer
