2. The instant application for regular bail has been filed by the petitioner in connection with Chausa P.S. Case No. 113 of 2022 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366 and 376 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Earlier the application for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 19.06.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 63797 of 2022.

4. No fresh ground is made out for reconsideration of
