JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 11-03-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "A. For quashing of order dated 26.04.2023 passed by Ld. Divisional Commissioner, Purnea passed in Anganwari Revision No.06/2022 whereby and whereunder the revision application preferred by the petitioner namely Sheela Kumari has been rejected.

Patna High Court CWJC No.13393 of 2023(2) dt.11-03-2024 2/2 B. For quashing of order dated 15.12.2021 passed by District Programme Officer (ICDS) Araria passed in Anganwari Appeal Case No.

02/2020-21 whereby and whereunder the appeal filed by Soni Kumari Respondent No. 9 is allowed and the order passed by the CDPO, Bhargama has been set aside.

C. For issuance of appropriate order/ order(s) directing the respondent authorities particularly DPO (ICDS), Araria & CDPO, Bhargama who accept the joining of the petitioner forthwith and for grant of current salary as well as arrear of salary."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
