Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Phulwari Sharif (Janipur) P.S. Case No. 630 of 2021, registered for the offences under Sections 419, 420, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal code.

The petitioner is the purchaser of property for which the vendor of the petitioner had taken advance from the informant. In view of the aforesaid this court finds with there is no criminality so far as the petitioner is concerned. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IX, Patna in connection with Phulwarisharif (Janipur) P.S. Case No. 630 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
