2. On account of claim and counter claim for seniority for charge of headmaster of the school, neither the petitioner nor the private respondent is headmaster and for the post of headmaster when the regular headmaster is available, the claim and counter claim does not require adjudication in the present proceeding.

3. As and when there is occasion to decide the inter se seniority, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to approach the

4. With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
