2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with C.R. No. 585 of 2011, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 341, 323 & 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. According to FIR, the accused persons tortured the victim for non-fulfillment of dowry demand.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. For exploring the possibility of resolving the dispute through mediation, notices were sent to opposite party no. 2, but no one appeared on behalf of opposite party no. 2.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Madhubani in connection with C.R. No. 585 of 2011, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
6. The petitioner will appear in the court on each and every date fixed by the trial court till framing of charges.
