The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Turkauliya
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17408 of 2017 (2) dt.11-05-2017 2/3 P.S. Case No. 561/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Section 379, 354(B) and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant named the petitioners along with other accused persons and alleged that they started ploughing the land of the informant in order to take possession, but the informant protested. On such, the accused persons assaulted her and torn her clothes. The informant further alleged that Chhotan Ram assaulted her son causing fracture injury in his hand and petitioner no. 2 Shankar Ram snatched money.
It appears that no specific allegation of assault is made against petitioner no. 1 Nathuni Ram, petitioner no. 2 Shankar Ram, petitioner no. 3 Bhutkun Ram, petitioner no. 4 Binod Ram and petitioner no. 5 Dhaneshwar Ram. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner no. 1 Nathuni Ram, petitioner no. 2 Shankar Ram, petitioner no. 3 Bhutkun Ram, petitioner no. 4 Binod Ram and petitioner no. 5 Dhaneshwar Ram, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the
