JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 03-08-2022 This application has been brought under the heading 'To Be Mentioned" at the instance of the petitioners. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the name of the court has wrongly been typed as "Additional Sessions Judge-X Siwan" in place of "Judicial Magistrate, Siwan".

In view of the submission made above, let the name of the court be read as "Judicial Magistrate, Siwan" in place of "Additional Sessions Judge-X Siwan".

The order dated 18.07.2022 is modified to the extent indicated.

The period to surrender before the learned court below is extended by further four weeks.

The remaining part of the order shall remain unchanged.
