1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.1. That, this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, and direction/directions, in the nature of Mandamus for commanding and directing to the respondent authorities to make payment of dues Honorarium salary to the petitioner from the Month of February 2022 upto January 2023 along with suitable for the period on which the petitioner has discharge duty of

Patna High Court CWJC No.12843 of 2023(2) dt.22-01-2024 2/2 Revenue Clerk on contractual basis in Circle Office, Phulparas, Dist-Madhubani."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Madhubani, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed by the petitioner before the District Magistrate, Madhubani, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and a reasoned and a speaking order shall be passed, thereon, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
