The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Amarpur P. S. Case No. 342 of 2018 registered under Sections 307, 302 and 120B read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the allegation that the petitioner actively participated in the commission of murder of Deo Nawal Kishore Chauhan, father of the informant, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.
