2. The petitioner has prayed for bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 427 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3⁄4 of the Indian Explosive Act and Section 16, 18 (b) and 20 of the UAP Act.

3. Prosecution case relates of explosion of bomb near the main road at Jamui Mananpur.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner petitioner is not named in the FIR. General and omnibus allegation has been levelled against the petitioner. At the same time, petitioner has been made accused in two cases i.e. Chanan P.S. Case No. 33 of 2013 and Chanan P.S. Case No.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59290 of 2023(2) dt.04-09-2023 2/2 34 of 2013, which is highly improbable. Several accused persons have already been enlarged on bail vide order dated 29.3.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3093 of 2022, vide order dt. 24.5.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28802 of 2023 by different co-ordinate Benches of this Court. Petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 31.5.2023.

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJMI, Lakhisarai in connection with Chanan P.S. Case No. 34 of 2013.
