The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Later on sections 302, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code were added.

The informant named seven persons including petitioner Shyam Lal Ravi and alleged that they all assaulted his father on account of previous enmity. The informant took his father to the hospital but after C.T. Scan his father was discharged. Condition of his father later on deteriorated and he died. It is submitted that from perusal of the post mortem report it appears that one contusion was found on the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30598 of 2015 (2) dt.13-08-2015 lateral part of the left eyebrow and one contusion was found on the left elbow. All the seven accused persons are alleged to have assaulted the deceased but even then the name of the weapon has not been disclosed. Only two injuries have been found in the post mortem report. The petitioner is in jail since 02.09.2014 i.e. he has already remained in jail for about one year. Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner above named be directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with Bahadurganj P.S. Case No. 58 of 2014.
