2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 337, 338, 427, 435, 353, 307, 504, 120(B) and 436 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner along with other co-accused persons attacked on the police party, tried to snatch their arms and also damaged the police vehicles. On the identification of Local Chowkidar, name of petitioner surfaced in this case.
4. It is submitted by the counsel for petitioner that allegation is general and omnibus. As per the FIR, though there is allegation of assault, but no one has sustained any injury.

5. Considering the facts aforesaid and general and omnibus allegation, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IV, West Champaran, Bettiah in connection with Balthar P.S. Case No. 43 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
