JUSTICE RAMESH KUMAR DATTA ORAL ORDER 20-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsels for the State and for the Chapra Nagar Parishad. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Chapra Nagar Parishad that all the post retrial dues of the petitioner as directed by the order under contempt have already been paid, except the provident fund amount for which the fund is now available and the payment would be made within a week from today.

Learned counsel for the petitioner accepts the aforesaid statements regarding payment of remaining post retrial dues.

In the above circumstances, the contempt application is disposed off in terms of the statement made by the learned counsel for the Chapra Nagar Parishad.
