Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 48 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376 D, 365, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of POCSO Act.

Taking into consideration that there is specific allegation of gang rape against these petitioners and the victim stated the above stated fact in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners and accordingly, their prayer

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22928 of 2015 (2) dt.10-07-2015 for anticipatory bail in connection with Special Case No. 14 of 2015 arising out of Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 48 of 2015 pending in the court of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Patna stands rejected.
