=========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 18-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Banmankhi P.S. Case No. 116 of 2012 dated 03.08.2012 instituted under Sections 304B/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

This is the second attempt of the petitioner for bail as earlier such prayer was rejected by order dated 23.06.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10676 of 2014.

In view of the aforesaid, on 12.04.2016, a report was called from the Court below with regard to the status of the case and the likely time by which the trial can be concluded. Pursuant to the same, a report has been received from the Additional Sessions Judge, Ist, Purnea dated 03.05.2016, in which it has been stated that within two months the trial shall be concluded.

In view of the aforesaid, the Court is not inclined

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23672 of 2015 dt.18-05-2016 2/2 to consider the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.

However, in view of the Court below itself informing that the trial shall be concluded within two months, let the Court below ensure that the same is done latest by 30th July, 2016.
