The petitioner seeks bail in a case under section 363, 366-A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The father of the victim made allegation that his daughter was kidnapped by Ranjit Raut, Chhotanki @ Nandan and the petitioner Sahnaz.

It is submitted that the victim also in her statement under section 164 Cr. P.C. did not allege any overt act against the petitioner. She simply disclosed that the petitioner was also in the company of other co-accused persons. She was forcibly married to Ranjit Raut. It is submitted that two other accused persons were juvenile and they have already been enlarged on bail by the Juvenile Court. The petitioner is in custody since

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chapra in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 91 of 2014.
