Petitioner filed this petition for modification of order dated 08.04.2019 passed in Cr.Misc.No.22187 of 2019. Petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by order dated 08.04.2019 passed in Cr.Misc.No.22187 of 2019 but the petitioner could not surrender in time.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner could not be able to get the information about the said order.

Having considered the facts, the period of surrender of the petitioner before the court of learned A.D.J. 2nd, Jamui in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No.22 of 2019 is extended for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54288 of 2019(2) dt.11-09-2019 2/2 four weeks from today. The order dated 08.04.2019 is modified to the extent above.

Accordingly, this modification petition stands allowed.
