2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 303(2), 109, 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner alongwith co-accused Anshu Devi assaulted Lalo Devi and Puja Kumari with lathi and danda. Injuries are simple in nature. Both parties are agnates and co-villagers. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

5. Considering the nature of injury and clean antecedent, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be
