Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 137 of 2016 registered under Sections- 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is admitted land dispute between the parties. There is case and counter case. Both sides sustained injuries. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9794 of 2017 (2) dt.09-03-2017 2/2 case, the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 137 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
