The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 270 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 304 (b) of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected. However, after framing of charge the petitioner would be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail. (S. Kumar, J.) Rajiv/manoj U T
