2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 61C of 2005, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 325, 504, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation, the marriage of informant' son was solemnized with one Pinki Devi in the year 2001. After marriage, all the accused persons, started abusing and assaulting her. It is further alleged that the accused persons got solemnized the second marriage of petitioner no. 3 with another person.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that prior to this case, there was dispute between the son of the complainant and his daughter-in-law (petitioner no. 3) and, ultimately a compromise was entered into between the parties. After one year of that occurrence, this false case has been lodged.
5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Class, Lakhisarai in connection with Complaint Case No. 61C of 2005, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
