====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MUNGESHWAR SAHOO ORAL ORDER 11-04-2016 Heard Mr. Dharmendra Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner.
By the order dated 18.03.2015, the learned Sub-Judge, VI, Sasaram passed in Miscellaneous Case No. 64 of 2010 on the basis of evidences allowed the Miscellaneous Case No. 64 of 2010 and restored Title Suit No. 526 of 2006 to its original file for disposal on merit. Since the Court below has exercised its discretion for the ends of justice, in my opinion, it neither causes any prejudice to the petitioner nor it occasioned any failure of justice so as to call for interference with the impugned order in exercise of supervisory jurisdiction. Thus, this writ application is dismissed.
